Free Shipping On Orders of $60 and Up

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders of $60 and more within the United States and most International countries. Please note that this offer is valid for orders with a minimum value of $60 after discount codes and any sale promotions have been applied.

For orders with a total value less than $60 (after discount codes and any sale promotions have been applied), a shipping fee will be added. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We strive to ensure the most affordable and reliable shipping options to our customers.

For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Vastlys. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed throught our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

 

Incomplete / Incorrect Orders

Should your package arrive with items missing or incomplete, kindly reach out to us at support@vastlys.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include your order number and details regarding the missing or incomplete items. Depending on inventory, we may opt to ship products separately. If so, you'll receive distinct shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers for each package. The shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items will be covered by us. In the event a replacement cannot be provided, a refund for the missing or incomplete items will be issued.


Delayed Delivery

Although we make every effort to ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. 


Lost

Unless you have opted for our insured shipping service, we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages in transit. If, regrettably, your packages are lost in transit and you did not opt for the insured shipping service, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier company to initiate a claim. Most courier companies have established claims processes for lost packages, which may necessitate additional information from you to complete the procedure.

Should the need arise, the courier company might have the ability to locate and subsequently deliver the package to you. However, should the package prove untraceable, we strongly recommend that you proceed by filing a police report.

For customers who have experienced the loss of a package in transit and have purchased our insured shipping service, please contact us at support@vastlys.com with your order number and we will get to work immediately in figuring out the whereabouts of your package and if need be, immediately send you a replacement.


Stolen Packages

We regret to inform you that we cannot assume liability in the event that your package, having been successfully delivered to the address provided, is subsequently stolen. Should such an unfortunate incident occur, we highly advise you to promptly contact the courier company, initiate a claim, and concurrently file a police report for appropriate action.

Cancellation and Refusal

Vastlys maintains the authority to cancel and reject any orders placed through our website. The discretion to restrict or cancel quantities acquired per individual, household, or order rests solely with us.
