Returns and Refunds

We provide a hassle-free 60-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging. 

The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to regular or improper use. 

Please note that initial shipping rates are non-refundable.

If you attempt to return an item without approval from our team or exceed the 60-day timeframe, we retain the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@vastlys.com within 60 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Approval from our team is required before shipping the product back to us, and items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please ensure your return package contains your order number and shipping name for efficient processing of your return. 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item/s. After we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 15 business days from the date we confirm your refund to process. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar ($USD), the same as the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.


Cancellation Policy

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any cancellations to an order after it has already been placed.


Damaged Items

We take meticulous care in securing our products to prevent any damage during the shipping process. An item is deemed damaged if it exhibits a defect or is physically broken. However, damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, which occurred during shipping and does not affect the product's condition, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives in a damaged state, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it. To report a damaged item, kindly send an email to support@vastlys.com and attach a clear photo illustrating the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a no-cost replacement. It's important to note that we do not provide refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

Although we make every effort to ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages unless you purchased shipping protection from us during the purchase.
